How does ordering work?

Pick a package or browse our catalog, choose your colors and sizes, and upload your logo at checkout. We'll send you a free digital proof within 1-2 business days. Once you approve the proof, production starts. That's it — no back-and-forth, no hidden steps.

What are your minimums?

Most items are available in packs of 12, 24, 36, or 48. Need a different quantity? Contact us and we'll put together a quote.

What's your turnaround time?

14 days from order approval. We source blanks from our supplier, send to our decorator, and ship direct to you. Contact us for rush orders available on request.

Can I get my order faster?

Contact us for rush orders is available — contact us via the Get a Quote form with your deadline and we'll see what we can do.

Do you offer embroidery or screen printing?

Both, depending on the garment. Shirts and hoodies are screen printed. Polos, jackets, and hats are embroidered. We pick the best method for each product to ensure quality.

Do I need to provide a logo?

Yes, a logo is required at checkout. Vector files preferred (.ai, .eps, .svg). High-res PNG or JPG also accepted.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Logo digitization, artwork prep, and your digital proof are all included — no setup fees, no hidden charges.

Can I mix sizes within a pack?

Yes. When you order a 12-pack of polos, for example, you can mix sizes (S, M, L, XL, etc.) across the pack. Just specify your size breakdown when you order or in the notes.

Can I mix colors within a pack?

Absolutely. Pick any combination of available colors for your pack. Same logo across all items.

Do you offer samples?

We don't stock blank samples, but we can order a single decorated sample for you at cost + decoration. Turnaround is typically 1-2 weeks. Contact us to arrange a sample.

What sizes are available?

Most apparel items are available from S to 4XL, depending on the brand and style. Size charts are available on each product page. For large-size orders, reach out and we'll confirm availability.

Do you deliver locally?

Yes. Free local delivery within the Salt Lake City metro area for orders of 24+ items. Free pickup is always available. Nationwide shipping is available on all orders.

Can you outfit my whole team — hats, shirts, jackets, everything?

That's literally what we do. Check out our industry packages for pre-built crew kits, or contact us for a custom quote.

What's your return policy?

Because all items are custom decorated with your logo, we can't accept returns for change of mind. However, if there's a production defect or we made an error, we'll make it right — guaranteed. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

What if I don't like the proof?

No problem — we revise until you're happy. The proof is your final approval before anything goes to production, and we don't start printing until you sign off. If the placement, color, or artwork isn't right, just tell us and we'll fix it.
